Vivian Zhang is an artist who loves her cat more than her bed. Without coronavirus, she’d be expecting to sell some of her artwork already. She plans to work as a software engineer after graduation and focus more on digital painting.

I make art that represents my understanding of science while trying to find a balance between the scientific and the art world. I make art by playing with colors and transforming geometric shapes and grids. I make art with oil paint, digital tools, and whatever I find in my apartment. I make art to bring my audience visual feasts and full-on experiences like touching a sculpture.
