Ann Hoffman

Ann Hoffman, part-time instructor

Ann Hoffman received her BFA from Alfred University and later returned to Alfred to receive her MFA in Electronic Integrated Arts. In her ongoing body of multidisciplinary and multimedia work, The Return Project… she works with a wide range of traditional and digital media, ultimately taking form in installation and/or performance events that draw upon her interdisciplinary interests and academic research exploring issues of individual and cultural consciousness and processes of transformation, imagination and creative process. Her teaching experience in digital media includes: Visiting Assistant Professor at West Virginia University, at Walnut Hill, a private high school for the arts in Natick, MA, and teaching for the New Media department in collaboration with Ligong Shen at the China Academy for Fine Arts in Hangzhou, China.
